I offer two different types of coaching; Change work coaching and performance coaching. All coaching sessions are tailor made to the needs of, you, the client. I don’t confine myself to one technique. Everyone is an individual, and as an individual is treated as such. It’s all about what works for you.

Prior to the commencement of the coaching sessions we will have a discussion to determine your precise needs. This discussion can be over the telephone or via Skype. You will also be sent a welcome pack which will contain some tasks as a form of preparation.
The subsequent session(s) will either be:
- A face to face meeting with regular follow ups; or,
- A breakthrough session (of 2-4 hours) where you will make an instant breakthrough in some area of your life
